Website Privacy Policy

Information about website visits, email and phone enquiries.

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

This policy covers this VaultSun Games studio website, its DishMesh and The Vault information pages, and email or phone enquiries sent to our team about this website. VaultSun Games is operated by PROLOGO SOLARENGO - UNIPESSOAL LDA, Portuguese company number 518816893, Rua Joaquim António de Aguiar 43, R/C Esq., 1070-150 Lisboa, Portugal. The company is responsible for the personal data described here.

DishMesh is in development. This website does not create game accounts, process game purchases or offer a game download. The separate draft DishMesh Privacy Policy and Terms of Service cover the proposed game service. They do not change how this studio website operates. The Vault’s main website has separate account, service and privacy information that applies when you visit that website.

For privacy questions or requests, email team@the-vault.life and include “VaultSun privacy” in the subject. This is a shared company contact address; identifying VaultSun Games helps us route your enquiry.

2. Information used by this website

Phone enquiries. You can contact our company at +506 8635 7310. When you do, we use the contact details you provide and any notes needed to answer your enquiry.

Website visits. Cloudflare Pages serves and protects this site. Cloudflare may process technical connection information, such as your IP address, requested page, request time and browser/device information, to deliver content and maintain security.

Email enquiries. If you contact us, we receive your email address, the name supplied by your email service, your message and any attachments you send. Google Workspace hosts our email. Please send only information relevant to your enquiry.

The site has no signup form, advertising, embedded social feed or added visitor analytics. We have not added marketing cookies. Hosting or security features may use technical information or essential cookies where required to deliver and protect the site.

3. Why we use information

We use technical information to deliver a functioning, secure website and email or phone support information to answer and follow up on your enquiry. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the site and responding to people who contact us. Where a request concerns a contract or steps you ask us to take before entering one, the relevant basis is performance of that contract or those requested steps.

We may also use information to meet legal obligations, handle privacy requests or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. You do not have to send an email, but we may be unable to answer an enquiry without the necessary details. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

4. Providers and international processing

Cloudflare provides website hosting and security; Google Workspace provides email. Information may also be disclosed when required by law. We do not sell the personal information described in this policy.

These providers operate internationally, so information may be processed outside Portugal and the European Economic Area. Their data-processing terms describe the safeguards available for international transfers, including standard contractual clauses where applicable. Contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your data.

Provider information: Cloudflare privacy, Cloudflare processing terms, and Google processing terms.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond, deal with related follow-up and meet applicable legal obligations. The criteria are the status and nature of the enquiry, necessary follow-up, and any specific legal or dispute-related need. We remove personal information when it is no longer needed for these purposes.

Technical records and residual provider copies may follow the applicable hosting, email, security or backup retention processes. Deletion from a mailbox does not necessarily remove every provider backup immediately. You can ask us about retention or request deletion by emailing team@the-vault.life.

6. Your choices and rights

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. If we rely on consent for any separate activity, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. We may ask for proportionate information to verify a request.

Under the GDPR, we normally respond within one month. If a permitted extension is needed, we will explain it within that month. You may complain to Portugal’s Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), or another competent supervisory authority, without contacting us first.

7. Security and updates

We use the hosting and email providers’ security features, and the owner’s Workspace account is protected by two-factor authentication. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for your enquiry. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

If our website practices change, we will update this policy and its date, and provide any additional notice required. Parents or guardians with a concern about information sent by a young person can contact team@the-vault.life.
